new information on baltimore city's speed camera program. >> some investigation reported that three cameras had been erroneously issuing tickets. we have learned that the systems vendor launched an investigation of its sound and the results might surprise you. >> baltimore city's speed camera program has become a flashpoint for drivers after an investigation reported erroneous readings from at least three locations. it is a controversy that has literally shut down the street on the 1300 block of west coldspring lane. the contractor, xerox, conducted a massive test of the camera in eastbound on december 1 and second. city police closed all three lanes, sent a sedan, a minivan, and a 16-foot u-haul truck on repeated test runs clocked by a hand-held police radar guns and they could not recreate the problem. in this document, xerox tells the city's transportation director 189 valid test runs were completed and all speed readings were within the expected tolerance without anomalies. the letter also reveals that, since november 29, three cameras under heavy scrutiny come east and west dow

look at the state of michigan. it has very high unemployment. the city of detroit is near 19% unemployment. so when you look at those arguments, you look at right-to-work states overall have lower unemployment rates than other states, what do you think about the potentially this being a move for the positive? maybe this is something that opens up the state to more jobs? >> there is no evidence that happens. indeed what has happened productivity has risen in this country. the last decades by 60, 70% but wages have been more or less stagnant. and if workers don't have a voice, they can't better their own condition. you know, we've had a middle class that really in terms of income been stagnant. in 201090% of the income growth went to the top 1%. the top 1% needs to be talking to the 99% and representation gives people a chance to have a voice. and essentially what, it isn't right-to-work. people don't have a join a union. they don't have a pay union dues. if a majority selects a representative, essentially everybody needs to pay the cost of that representative sentation. jenna:

on tonight, and right now though it's a wintry mix of snow and freezing rain through oklahoma city and dangerous thunderstorms with reports of pea-sized hail and you can see the lightning strikes popping up across dallas, texas into she haveport and all this energy sliding northeast. a lot of moisture coming up from the gulf that's just enhancing it. what does that mean for today? we don't have a tornado watch yet, but i anticipate we'll see one for this afternoon, especially for the areas highlighted in the brighter orange color. good risk for a moderate risk for the risk of tornadoes, hail and possible damaging winds. some of these winds could get up to 50 miles per hour or greater. if it's not enough where we have the lightning and thunder and rain we also have dense fog. make it any more dangerous to see if there e's debris blown apart. this is really tough this morning for those that are traveling. be very careful with the fog out there and snow building in later today and tonight. a real mess for this christmas. i hope everyone can stay inside as much as possible. >> lots for
